Perfect Breakfast
INGREDIENTS
- 1 slice of Anny’s Mezzonos White Bread
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp of Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Heat up a skilled over medium heat
- Cut a 2.5 inch circle in the middle of teh slice of bread
- Toast bread and cut out circle on one side, once it is lighly
browned flip - Crack the egg into the hole
- Season with salt and pepper
