Perfect Breakfast


  • 1 slice of Anny’s Mezzonos White Bread
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp of Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Heat up a skilled over medium heat
  • Cut a 2.5 inch circle in the middle of teh slice of bread
  • Toast bread and cut out circle on one side, once it is lighly
    browned flip
  • Crack the egg into the hole
  • Season with salt and pepper
